This book is about a little neighborhood cul-de-sac in Florida. It is a mystery novel told from the point of view of all the neighbors on the street. The back explains that there is a murder on the street, and the book is all the build up that happens before it, making you wonder who will do it, as they all seem to have their own reasons.
I liked that it kept me guessing the whole time without being stressful as sometimes thriller mystery books are. It was also a really easy read. There wasn’t anything I overly didn’t like, except maybe one character who is a horrible human but that’s a whole part of the experience.
I would recommend this book to anyone who likes a mystery book (trigger warning: domestic abuse).
